The quality goal of Prime Protection Services (NSW) is to provide error free services, meeting all the contractual requirements and obligations.
Regular management inspections of all sites under all the facets of Prime Protection Services (NSW) operation are made by our Quality Assurance person. These reports not only measure accurately the standard of service being provided but evaluate the client response to all services as well. In the case of tenanted properties, the tenants are also surveyed, for opinion and input. These reports and ratings are available to the owners / managers of the sites in question.
